I love this practice! Been seeing Dr. Charlson for my eyelids for years, and she's amazing. I also really love Dr. Mary Kwong, who is the best ophthalmologist I have ever been to.Also want to give a shout out to a person named Carlos who is on the staff at Pacific Eye Associates. I have never encountered someone within the medical profession who has gone above and beyond like he has with me to ensure I am aware of all my benefits. He really goes the extra mile, and because of him, I better understand my own insurance and how to benefit most from it.Thanks, Pacific Eye - you really care for your patients!

I'm not sure how to update the stars but this situation was addressed in my previous review update.

This office is huge. I think they have more than ten doctors working here and many staffs working here as well. I found this place on the internet for my mom. They have three front desk and the line moves so smooth. It only takes five minutes to check in. While I am helped my mom fill out the forms. It takes another five minutes to called her in. The staff Cheryl who is helping my mom. She is so attentive, friendly and helpful. It takes thirty minutes for four different eye test per eye. We only waited another ten minutes for the Doctor. Doctor Sung is very experienced and also a knowledgeable person. Highly recommend this place to my family and friends. 🙂
