Dr. Zaidi cares about his patient's well being, he is open to questions and brings years of experience and professionalism. The medical group setting is nice, staff is prompt and professional and follow all the biosecurity rules from entry to exit.My only concern was with the call center operator that she was not able to find my record, and told me I was calling the wrong place, so I did an online request, and that was awesome, good, fast response and easier to make an appointment. Thank you

I had a laser procedure on my left eye to reduce the pressure. Dr. So was very efficient and professional, checking with me to be sure that I was feeling okay during the two minute process.
