Katherine Gee, O.D.
Dr. Katherine Gee joined Pacific Eye Associates in 2024. As an eye doctor, she is licensed to provide comprehensive optometry. In addition, she co-manages cataract patients with Dr. Kevin Zhang.
Dr. Gee is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the California Optometric Association.
Education
Dr. Gee is a Bay Area native, and she earned her optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Experience
She completed her residency training in ocular disease, neuro-optometry, and brain injury rehabilitation at the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. Before optometry school, she was involved in research focused on characterizing the genetic basis of corneal dystrophies, and she co-authored several research publications.
Personal
Outside of work, Dr. Gee enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling, trying new restaurants, and exercising.
