- Send direct messages to your provider
Have a billing statement? Pay as a guest — you’ll need your patient account number and the total amount due, both listed on your mailed statement.
First-Time Access? If this is your first time accessing the portal, please call us at (415) 923-3007. Our staff can assist you with setting up your patient portal invitation via email or text message.
