After earning his medical degree at UCLA, Dr. Paul did fellowships in Pediatric Opthalmology and Neuro-Ophthalmology. Dr. Paul is the Founder and Medical Director of Pacific Children's Eye Care Medical Group and was Director of the Pediatric Ophthalmology Division at Oakland Children's Hospital until from 1989 to 1999. As the Founder of Rotavision International, Dr. Paul works with the Rotarians to raise money to donate surgical instruments to developing countries.
