Dr. Moscato is a highly trained specialist in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the San Francisco Bay Area. Areas of expertise include: aesthetic surgery of the eyelids, brow, and midface; lacrimal surgery; complex reconstruction of the oculofacial region after trauma and cancer; orbital surgery; and facial rejuvenation (including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and many fillers).
Advanced Education and Expertise
Dr. Moscato completed her undergraduate degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, as a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She graduated Cum Laude from University at Buffalo School of Medicine in 2004 as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed a medical internship at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, CA, and residency in ophthalmology at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA.
Dr. Moscato is a graduate of the esteemed American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) accredited Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship Program at University of California, San Francisco, and California Pacific Medical Centers. Dr. Moscato is also affiliated with the departments of ophthalmology at University of California, San Francisco, and at Stanford University.
She is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). She is an active participant in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).

She is actively dedicated to advancing the field of Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She frequently teaches ophthalmology residents and fellows in the Bay Area. She is a senior course director and instructor at the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) annual meetings and is an active participant in the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). Dr. Moscato receives frequent invitations to local and national lectures. She has published multiple academic papers on various topics in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
