Kevin Zhang, M.D.

Kevin Zhang, MD is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in glaucoma management, including treatment, microinvasive procedure, laser intervention and surgery. He also specializes in cataract surgery, including latest surgical techniques and premium intraocular lens options.

Dr. Zhang is a Bay Area native and completed his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, where he studied molecular and cell biology. He then moved to the Midwest and completed medical school at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He subsequently completed his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic, Cole Eye Institute. After residency, he decided to pursue further subspecialty training in the medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma at the world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Dr. Zhang is very excited to be practicing in the Bay Area and serving his home community. Dr. Zhang is a member of the American Glaucoma Society and the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese.
