I don't agree with these reviews. I have been coming to Pacific Eye Associates for 30 years. I called yesterday because I was having eye pain and they got me in the same afternoon. I saw Dr. Emily Charlson. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time. Dr. Charlson was very nice and examined my eyes and answered all my questions. Check out was quick and it was easy to schedule next appointment and confirm what drugs Dr. Charlson had prescribed. Very pleasant staff with no attitude. Highly recommend.

Dr. So specializes in glaucoma and carefully listens to feedback from patients. I highly recommend him for anyone with glaucoma in their family history.
