Waiting too much

I was referred to Ali Zaidi, MD, of Pacific Eye Associates. The office was very busy and the waiting area was full, but I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Zaidi took the time listen and to explain. I never felt rushed.The administrative staff is terrific.They were friendly and very efficient. Mari, in particular, took the time to make sure I had all the paperwork I needed, and she did it with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Zaidi and his staff.

I was in and out quickly. The entire staff is friendly yet professional. Everyone was willing to answer my questions. If they didn't have the answer they directed me to the proper source. Very pleased.

I was referred to Dr. Zaidi by Dr. So for a retina issue. Through a very thorough exam, Dr. Zaidi found a detachment and immediately recommended surgery, which he performed 5 days later.I am very impressed by Dr. Zaidi's knowledge and professionalism, and grateful that he has led me through surgery and recovery. I was most fortunate to meet him and I'm happy to recommend him. A very impressive physician and definitely a good guy.
